Website designs, custom graphics, and AI-assisted work products created specifically for your project transfer to you upon final payment, except for any third-party or licensed components included within them.

Stock photography, fonts, plugins, and other licensed assets remain subject to the licensor's terms. We document any licensed components included in your deliverables.

Launch & Grow Solutions LLC retains ownership of its internal methods, templates, processes, frameworks, and proprietary tools used to deliver the services.
