This Master Service Agreement governs consulting engagements between Launch & Grow Solutions LLC ("we") and the client ("you"). Specific project details — including scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees — are described in the project terms confirmed at the start of each engagement.
Project scope
The scope of each engagement is defined by the selected package and confirmed during onboarding. Work outside the scope is quoted separately.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely responses, content and approvals, and access to the systems needed to complete the work.
Consultant responsibilities
Our team will perform the agreed services with professional care, communicate progress, and deliver the agreed work products.
Timeline expectations
Estimated timelines depend on the scope and on receiving required materials and approvals. Delays in providing materials may shift the schedule.
Communication expectations
Project communication occurs through your client portal, email, scheduled calls, and reminders. Response times during business hours are described in your package.
Payment terms
Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are set in your engagement details. Past-due balances may pause work on a project.
Deliverables
Deliverables are described per package and confirmed in your project terms.
Approval process & revisions
Deliverables move forward through approval milestones. The number of included revision rounds is listed in your project terms; additional rounds are quoted separately.
Project completion
A project is considered complete when the final deliverables have been approved or after a reasonable acceptance window has passed without feedback.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for work completed up to the termination date.
