Each project we deliver references a set of Project Terms confirmed during onboarding. The terms below describe the standard structure; the values for your engagement are recorded in your client portal.
What each project includes
- Project name — the working title of your engagement.
- Package — the service tier and base inclusions.
- Timeline — the expected start, key milestones, and target completion window.
- Deliverables — the specific work products you will receive.
- Included revisions — the number of revision rounds covered by the package.
- Additional work policy — how out-of-scope requests are quoted and approved.
- Approval milestones — points where your sign-off is required to proceed.
- Acceptance process — the review window and how final approval is recorded.
