Digital products, templates, and downloadable resources are licensed to you for your business use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing outside your organization is not permitted.

By creating an account, you agree to receive communications relating to your account, project, and services. See the Communication Consent document for opt-out options.

Fees, deposits, and refund eligibility are described in your engagement details and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Ownership of work products is described in our Intellectual Property Policy. Original content on this website is protected by copyright owned by Launch & Grow Solutions LLC.

Prohibited activities are described in the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch & Grow Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Either party may terminate an engagement under the conditions described in the Service Agreement. We may suspend access for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
