Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed sessions may forfeit any associated booking fee.

You may cancel an active project at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date is non-refundable, and any deposit applied to that work is retained.

Deposits secure your project start date and team availability. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Refunds may be issued for amounts that have been paid for work that has not yet been started. Completed work, custom work, and digital deliverables are non-refundable.

Reasonable change requests are included as described in your package. Work that falls outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
